A New Cosmic Covenant

View of God, Man and Nature in Rosemary Radford Ruether´s Ecological Writing

Abstract

In this article the focus is on the feminist eco-theology of Rosemary Radford Reuther (1936–2022). According to the author, Ruether attempts to create a new Covenant between God, humanity, and nature in her eco-theological contributions, initiating very different relations between the three entities above. This covenant is simultaneously the way forward for humanity when facing the threatening situation that exist in our world today in a climate changed world.
